Note: FIIs’ net long position stands at 14.2%, PCR ratio at 0.62 (weekly), and VIX continues to ease for the last two days, now at 12.41.
FIIs created just 614 short lots, the lowest in the past 8–10 days. With VIX falling and PCR in the oversold zone, signs of exhaustion in short build-up are emerging.
Data indicates that any dips of 120–150 points could be used as a buying opportunity, as short covering may begin around the 25350–25230 zone.
