Fintech Firm Moneyview Files Draft Papers for Rs.1500 cr. IPO

Bengaluru-based fintech platform Moneyview has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI to raise nearly Rs.1500 cr. through an initial public offering. The company operates in the digital lending space and has built a strong presence among young borrowers through its app-based financial services.

The IPO will consist of a combination of fresh equity issuance and an offer-for-sale by early investors including venture capital firms and private equity funds. The fresh capital raised from the issue is expected to be used for expanding lending operations, strengthening technology infrastructure and supporting subsidiary growth.

Moneyview has reported steady growth in recent years as digital lending continues to gain traction in India. The proposed IPO is expected to attract strong investor attention as fintech firms increasingly tap the capital markets to fuel expansion.
