Precision engineering company Indo-MIM has fixed the price band for its Rs. 3,812 crore IPO at Rs. 461–485 per share. The public issue is scheduled to open on July 23 and close on July 27, making it one of the largest IPOs currently in the market.
The company manufactures metal injection moulded precision components for automotive, aerospace, medical and industrial applications. Investors are expected to closely examine the company’s export business, financial performance and valuation before subscribing.
