India’s primary market remains one of the busiest globally, with several mainboard and SME IPOs lined up over the coming week. Along with Lohia Corp and Indo-MIM, companies such as Xtranet Technologies and other SME issuers are preparing to tap the capital markets, while recent listings continue to keep investor interest high.
Investment bankers remain optimistic that healthy domestic liquidity, increasing retail participation and strong institutional demand will continue supporting the IPO market through the second half of the year. Experts, however, recommend investors evaluate business quality, profitability and valuation instead of applying solely on the basis of listing expectations.
