HFCL reported a strong turnaround in its June-quarter performance, returning to profitability with a net profit of Rs. 246 crore as revenue surged more than 120% year-on-year. The sharp improvement was driven by healthy execution of telecom projects, higher optical fibre demand and increasing orders from defence and communication infrastructure businesses.
The company continues to strengthen its presence in India’s rapidly expanding 5G ecosystem while also focusing on exports and defence technologies. Analysts believe HFCL’s healthy order book and continued investment in next-generation communication solutions could support sustainable growth over the coming quarters. Investors will now closely monitor order inflows and management guidance for the rest of FY27.
