  • VA Tech Wabag secured two major orders worth Rs.250–600 cr. from the Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board for energy-efficient wastewater treatment projects. Positive development. Keep on radar.

 

  • Gujarat Industries Power has a strong shareholding pattern with promoters holding 56.57%. Supported by renewable expansion and expectations of higher power demand, the stock remains attractive for the medium to long term.

 

  • Anant Raj approved its demerger into two listed entities. Anant Raj will retain the real estate business, while Ashok Cloud will house the data centre, cloud and AI business. Shareholders will receive one Ashok Cloud share for every Anant Raj share. Stock may surpass its 52-week high of Rs.744.

 

  • Bal Pharma approved the issue of 10 lakh convertible warrants to promoters at Rs.81 worth Rs.8.10 cr. to part-fund its new API facility in Karnataka. Land acquisition and environmental approvals are in place. Stock looks attractive at Rs.87 vs. its 52-week high of Rs.168. No US exports, limiting tariff risk.

 

  • GIPCL reported FY26 PAT of Rs.402.41 cr. and declared a 41% dividend. The company is expanding its renewable energy capacity at Khavda with over 2,375 MW planned. Trading at just 0.63x book value, the stock looks attractive at Rs.157 vs. its 52-week high of Rs.208.
