Maruti Suzuki remained in focus after reporting strong quarterly sales, supported by robust demand for its SUV portfolio and improved exports. Models such as the Brezza, Fronx and Grand Vitara continued to witness healthy bookings, helping the country’s largest carmaker maintain its leadership position in the passenger vehicle market. Improved supply of electronic components also enabled the company to meet customer demand more efficiently.
The company stated that it remains optimistic about the second half of the financial year, driven by festive season demand, rural recovery and new product launches. However, management also highlighted that fluctuations in raw material prices and global supply chain conditions will continue to be monitored closely. Analysts believe Maruti Suzuki’s expanding premium vehicle portfolio and export growth will remain key earnings drivers in the coming quarters.
