Fusion Klassroom Edutech has raised Rs. 11.08 crore from anchor investors ahead of the opening of its SME IPO today. The company is scheduled to launch the public issue on July 31, with the subscription window running until August 4. The IPO is expected to raise around Rs. 39 crore and carries a price band of Rs. 151–159 per share.
The anchor investment provides an early indication of institutional interest ahead of the broader subscription period. The company operates in the education space, while the IPO proceeds are intended to support its business and expansion requirements. Investors should nevertheless evaluate the company’s financial performance, valuation and growth plans rather than treating anchor participation as a guarantee of listing performance.
