Sunshine Pictures opens its mainboard IPO today, August 18. The issue has a price band of Rs. 342–360 per share and a total size of approximately Rs. 282.14 cr. The subscription window will remain open until August 20.
The company, promoted by filmmaker Vipul Shah and Shefali Shah, raised approximately Rs. 84.64 cr. from nine anchor investors ahead of the issue. The IPO is expected to fund expansion and working-capital requirements.
