TVS Supply Chain Solutions has entered into a strategic partnership with Japan’s Sankyu Inc. to pursue opportunities across supply-chain and engineering services. Sankyu also intends to acquire a 0.5% stake in TVS Supply Chain, subject to regulatory approvals.
The partnership could help the two companies combine their capabilities and pursue new customers across India and overseas markets. It also provides TVS Supply Chain with an opportunity to deepen its relationship with Japanese industrial and manufacturing businesses.
