Inox Wind has received a significant boost after securing a 100 MW wind-energy project from Indian Oil Corporation.
The project is expected to include the supply of wind turbine generators along with engineering, procurement and construction-related activities. Inox Wind will also provide operations and maintenance services after the commissioning of the project.
The order highlights the increasing focus of major Indian companies, including public-sector enterprises, on renewable and clean energy. India’s renewable-energy sector continues to attract significant investments as the country expands its wind and solar power capacity.
