The upcoming National Stock Exchange (NSE) IPO has undergone an important change, with the proposed offer size reportedly being reduced to around 5.3% of its equity, compared with the earlier plan of approximately 6%.
The shares are expected to be offered in the Rs.1,700–Rs.1,785 price range, with the issue potentially raising around Rs.23,500 cr. The proposed listing is among the most closely watched events in India’s capital markets.
The reduction in the offer size comes as NSE moves closer to its public-market debut. Investors are awaiting the final issue details, including the official launch schedule and price band, before the IPO enters the book-building stage.
