Veegaland Developers has opened its IPO for subscription on 10 September 2026, adding another issue to an already busy primary market.
The company is seeking to raise around Rs.210 cr., with the issue remaining open for three days. The IPO has attracted attention in the grey market, where the reported premium is around 17%. However, grey-market premiums are unofficial and can change before listing.
Investors will need to assess the company’s financial performance, business model, valuation and proposed use of funds rather than relying solely on GMP. The issue comes at a time when several IPOs are competing for investor capital in India’s crowded September primary market.
