The much-awaited National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE) IPO is scheduled to open for subscription on September 17 and close on September 21. The price band has been fixed at Rs.1,700–1,785 per share, with the offer comprising an Offer for Sale by existing shareholders.
The issue will involve around 126.4 million shares after the offer size was reduced from the earlier proposal. At the upper price band, the IPO values NSE at around Rs.4.42 lakh crore. The exchange reported a 6.7% YoY rise in Q1FY27 net profit to Rs.3,120 crore, while revenue increased 13% to Rs.4,560 crore.
