Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services Ltd. has entered into an investment agreement with Advent International involving an investment of approximately Rs.3,150 crore for a 24.9% stake.
The transaction is expected to support the hospital company’s expansion and strengthen its financial resources. The investment also places the focus on Yatharth Hospital’s plans for additional capacity, medical infrastructure and the integration of new healthcare facilities.
