AceVector, Snapdeal Parent, Sets September 25 IPO Opening

AceVector Ltd., the parent company of Snapdeal, is scheduled to open its IPO on September 25. The company has fixed the price band at Rs.30–32 per share and has reduced the issue size to around Rs.420 crore. The IPO will include a fresh issue as well as an offer for sale by existing shareholders.

The public issue will add another digital-commerce company to India’s primary market. AceVector operates Snapdeal and other businesses within its digital-commerce ecosystem. The IPO is scheduled to remain open through September 29, with the company preparing for a listing on the Indian stock exchanges.
