Avantel Ltd. has received a purchase order worth Rs.177.35 crore from Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses Ltd. for the supply of satellite communication equipment. The order also includes a one-year comprehensive onsite warranty and is expected to be completed by March 2027.
The order adds to Avantel’s recent business from the defence and strategic sectors. Last month, the company received a Rs.117.88 crore order from the Ministry of Defence for development of a DRDO ground-segment hub. Avantel operates across satellite communications, electronic warfare, radar and other defence-related systems.
