Vans Electroengineerings Ltd. is scheduled to open its IPO on September 29. The issue size is expected to be around Rs.32.26–33.98 crore, with the price band set at Rs.112–118 per share. The issue is scheduled to close on October 1 and will list on the BSE platform.
The issue is part of the SME segment and will add to the heavy primary-market activity during the final week of September. Several SME companies are entering the market alongside the four mainboard IPOs scheduled during the week.
