KPI Green Energy Ltd. has announced that its material subsidiary, Sun Drops Energia Ltd., has completed the acquisition of a 62.91% stake in DEK and Mavericks Green Energy Ltd. The acquisition was completed on September 26, making the target company a subsidiary of Sun Drops Energia and a step-down subsidiary of KPI Green Energy.
The transaction expands KPI Green Energy’s renewable-energy business structure through an additional operating subsidiary. The acquisition is part of the company’s broader expansion across renewable power assets and related businesses.
