HCLTech’s software division, HCLSoftware, has announced plans to acquire Croatia-based Robotiq.ai for €9 million. The transaction is aimed at strengthening HCLSoftware’s enterprise automation capabilities and expanding the execution functions of its HCL UnO agentic AI platform.
Robotiq.ai’s technology is focused on robotic process automation and enterprise workflows. The acquisition would add automation capabilities to HCLSoftware’s portfolio as businesses increase their use of AI-based systems for process management and operational tasks.
