EFC (I) Ltd. has completed the acquisition of 100% of Ultrafresh Modular Solutions Ltd. through a share-swap transaction. The deal involved the issue of 19,99,996 shares by EFC India, with the acquisition valued at approximately Rs.53.99 crore.
Ultrafresh operates in the modular-furniture solutions business and reported a turnover of Rs.36.32 crore in FY26. The acquisition expands EFC India’s presence in the modular interiors and furniture segment and brings Ultrafresh fully into the company’s business structure.
