Date 13.10.2026
Technical Summary Nifty
As discussed yesterday market behavior remained on the expected lines during the day, as supportive buying opened the nifty near to our breakout level 22589 i.e. open of 22593.2, rally from there up to 22651.1 i.e. near to our target of 22658 but failed to sustain at high and slide near to our support of 22314.
i.e. day low of 22304.45
Further a bearish candle appeared on daily chart of nifty suggest that underlying bearish trend remains firmly in place and selling pressure at high hence if nifty decisively breakdown 22292 then it may slide further up to 22221 to 22150. If more supply will accentuate then it may have chances to test 22078.
Furthermore, this candle saved the previous low. By forming a higher low, it keeps hope alive for buyers despite the firm bearish trend. Consequently, if buyers succeed in finding supportive buying, a decisive breakout above 22435 could spark a rally toward 22507 and 22577. If demand continues to intensify, Nifty may even test 22649.

Overall View
Indian equities gave back Friday’s recovery on Monday as a sharp rise in crude prices and renewed geopolitical concerns erased early gains. Nifty fell 0.70% to 22,363.35 and Bank Nifty declined 0.61% to 54,918.00. The near-term tone remains cautious, with weak Nifty OI positioning and expiry likely to amplify moves. Nifty needs to reclaim 22,500–22,600 and Bank Nifty 55,300–55,600 to improve momentum; otherwise, support zones remain vulnerable.
