HD Fire Protect Ltd. opened its initial public offering for subscription on Tuesday, October 13. The company has set a price band of Rs.258–271 per share for the issue, which is scheduled to close on October 15, 2026. The total issue size is approximately Rs.712.31 crore.
The IPO is entirely an offer for sale by existing shareholders, meaning the proceeds, after issue-related expenses, will go to the selling shareholders rather than the company. The company reported FY26 revenue of Rs.489.3 crore and profit of Rs.116.8 crore, according to published IPO coverage. Investors should review the prospectus, valuation, financial performance and risk factors before deciding whether to apply.
