Welspun Corp delivered stellar execution with its highest-ever quarterly performance and strong balance sheet improvement.
Revenue stood at Rs. 4,409 cr, up 31% YoY and 23% QoQ.
EBITDA came in at Rs. 626 cr, up 36% YoY and 12% QoQ, while PAT rose 53% YoY and 26% QoQ to Rs. 440 cr.
The firm turned net-debt-free, supported by a robust order book of Rs. 23,500 cr across line pipes, DI pipes, and stainless steel bars.
Dr. Agarwal’s posted net profit of Rs. 29.6 cr, up 79% YoY but down 1% QoQ.
Revenue grew 20% YoY and 2% QoQ to Rs. 498 cr, while EBITDA rose 27% YoY and 7% QoQ to Rs. 136 cr.
EBITDA margin expanded to 27.3% from 25.67% YoY, with H1 RoCE at a record 23.5%.
IRM Holding reported net profit of Rs. 5.24 cr, down 30% YoY and 31% QoQ.
Revenue rose 24% YoY but slipped 13% QoQ to Rs. 59.32 cr.
EBITDA stood at Rs. 13.58 cr, up 7% YoY but down 15% QoQ, with margins at 22.9%.
AllDigi Tech posted net profit of Rs. 17.62 cr, up 45% YoY and 18% QoQ.
Revenue grew 12% YoY and 2% QoQ to Rs. 147 cr, while EBITDA rose 17% YoY to Rs. 36.02 cr.
Mphasis reported net profit of Rs. 469 cr, up 11% YoY and 6% QoQ, with revenue of Rs. 3,901 cr, up 10% YoY and 5% QoQ.
EBIT stood at Rs. 595 cr with a 15.3% margin.
Gross revenue grew 5.3% QoQ and 11.4% YoY, while new TCV wins were at USD 528 million.
TD Power delivered a blockbuster quarter with revenue at Rs. 452 cr, up 47%.
EBITDA rose 46% to Rs. 86 cr, and PAT climbed 49% to Rs. 60 cr.
Order inflow surged 45% to Rs. 524 cr, with the total order book at Rs. 1,587 cr.
FY26 revenue guidance revised upward to Rs. 1,800 cr from Rs. 1,500 cr earlier.
