AceVector Ltd., the parent company of Snapdeal, opens its IPO for subscription on September 25. The company has fixed the price band at Rs.30–32 per share and plans to raise around Rs.420 crore. The issue is scheduled to close on September 29.
The IPO follows a reduced fundraising plan compared with earlier expectations. AceVector’s public offering includes a fresh issue and an offer for sale by existing shareholders, with the company seeking a valuation of up to about Rs.1,741 crore at the upper end of the price band.
