Anand Seamless Tubes has opened its SME IPO for subscription on September 22. The issue is looking to raise around Rs.25.52 crore and will remain open until September 24. The price has been fixed at Rs.72 per share.
The IPO is structured as a fresh issue and will be listed on the BSE SME platform. The minimum lot size is 3,200 shares, requiring an application amount of Rs.2.30 lakh at the issue price.
