Apana Logistics has opened its IPO for subscription on 7 September, marking another addition to India’s active SME primary market.
The issue has been priced at Rs.60 per share and is scheduled to close on 9 September. The company plans to list its shares on the BSE SME platform, with a tentative listing date of September 15.
The IPO consists primarily of fresh capital, which the company plans to use to support business growth and operational requirements. The company’s improving profitability will also be an important factor for investors assessing the issue.
