ArMee Infotech has opened its Rs.300 crore IPO for subscription on September 23. The issue will remain open until September 25 and consists entirely of a fresh issue, according to the company’s IPO details.
The offering is part of a group of mainboard IPOs entering the market this week. Investors are also tracking the broader primary-market activity, with multiple companies seeking funds for expansion, capital expenditure, working capital and other corporate purposes.
