Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd. has reported bookings of more than Rs.500 crore within 30 days of launching its Arvind Sylva – The Green Reserve residential project. The bookings represent approximately 60% inventory absorption by value.
The project was acquired by the company on an outright basis in February 2026 and has an estimated topline potential of around Rs.860 crore. The latest bookings provide an update on sales activity at the project and add to the company’s residential development pipeline.
