Blue Dart Express Ltd. has signed a memorandum of understanding with India Post to explore expanded delivery reach, particularly in smaller towns and underserved locations. The arrangement is intended to combine logistics capabilities with India Post’s broad postal network to improve last-mile connectivity.
The collaboration could help extend delivery access beyond major cities as online shopping and parcel volumes grow. Its commercial impact will depend on the operating model, service coverage, delivery efficiency and how effectively both organisations coordinate their networks.
