CG Power Q2 Profit Rises 44% to Rs.409 Crore; Order Book Hits Record

CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd. reported second-quarter net profit of approximately Rs.409 crore, a 44% year-on-year increase, according to the latest company-news roundup. Its order book reached a reported record of around Rs.23,646 crore.

The company operates in electrical engineering and industrial solutions, including power equipment and systems used by utilities, infrastructure projects and industrial customers. A growing order book can improve visibility into future activity, but the timing of execution and the margins attached to contracts are equally important.

Investors will be tracking new order wins, delivery schedules, manufacturing capacity and profitability across business segments. The company’s ability to convert its order book into revenue and cash flow will be a key factor in evaluating the outlook.
