Cult.fit Receives SEBI Approval for Proposed Public Issue

Cult.fit, the fitness and wellness business associated with the Curefit brand, is among the companies reported to have received approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to proceed with its proposed IPO. The regulatory clearance marks a step forward in the company’s plans to access the public capital market.

The business operates in the fitness and wellness sector, with services spanning fitness centres, workout programmes and related offerings. Investors assessing a potential listing will need to examine its revenue growth, operating losses or profits, customer retention, expansion costs and the economics of individual centres.

The approval does not establish an IPO opening date or final share price. Those details, together with the issue size and intended use of proceeds, should be confirmed from the final offer documents when available.
