NIFTY OUTLOOK: 25694.95 FII -803.22 cr DII 2188.47 cr
As discussed yesterday, market behaviour remained on expected lines during the day, as Nifty started with selling pressure and drifted down to 25449.25. From there, it found strong buying support and advanced up to our projected level of 25725, making a day high of 25715.80.
A bullish candle with a lower shadow on the daily chart indicates buying interest at lower levels and suggests continuation of the positive uptrend. Hence, if Nifty decisively breaks out above 25747, it may rally up to 25800–25853. If demand strengthens further, it could test 25905.
However, on the downside, 25643–25591 may act as immediate support. A break below these levels and sustained weakness could drag Nifty down to 25538–25486.

Note:
As expected and mentioned in our earlier post, the trade deal appears to be around the corner and may come after the Bihar polls. U.S. President Donald Trump said on Monday that the United States is getting close to finalising a deal with India that would expand economic and security ties, boost U.S. energy exports, and promote investments in key sectors.
Trump added that the U.S. is securing a fair and different trade deal with India and reiterated his optimism, saying, “We’re getting close.”
Conclusion:
If the trade deal is fair and finalised within the coming weeks, I reiterate my Nifty target of 26998–27450 by December, as mentioned several times earlier.
