NIFTY OUTLOOK: 25496.55 | FII: Rs. -3465.99 cr. | DII: Rs. 5031.57 cr.
As discussed yesterday, market behaviour remained on expected lines. Nifty opened near our resistance of 25555 (opened at 25556.3), made a brief uptick, and then slipped to a day low of 25400, near our breakdown level of 25410.
A bearish candle on the daily chart suggests near-term sentiment remains weak for Nifty. If bearish momentum continues and there is a decisive breakdown below 25427, the index may slip towards 25360–25290. If supply intensifies further, it may test 25223.
However, the candle is also respecting the nearest support zone and indicates some easing in selling pressure, which could favour bulls. Any pullback may face resistance around 25565–25635. A breakout and sustained move above these levels may push Nifty towards 25705–25773.

Note:
Another round of indirect talks between Iranian and U.S. officials ended with the mediator claiming “significant progress,” though there is still no clear evidence that either side is ready to concede enough to avoid conflict.
After the Geneva talks on Thursday, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said further technical discussions would take place next week in Vienna and described progress as “good.”
India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Israel on Wednesday for a two-day visit aimed at deepening bilateral relations, even as regional concerns rise over potential U.S.–Iran military conflict.
An Israeli government official said the visit could pave the way for new partnerships and collaborations across multiple sectors, with bilateral ties seen on the cusp of a significant upgrade.
Conclusion:
The situation in the Persian Gulf remains tense, with a fourth round of talks likely next week.
