Epack Prefab Technologies Ltd was incorporated in 1999 and operates through two key business verticals – the Pre-Fab Business and the EPS Packaging Business. The Pre-Fab division provides end-to-end turnkey solutions, including design, manufacturing, installation, and erection of pre-engineered steel buildings, pre-fabricated structures, and related components across India and overseas. The EPS Packaging vertical manufactures expanded polystyrene used in construction, packaging, and consumer goods sectors. Between FY22–FY25, the Epack Prefab Business recorded an impressive growth rate of about 46%, nearly six times the industry average, underscoring its strong execution capabilities and expanding client base.
Epack Prefab Technologies has now secured a major order worth Rs 129.94 crore (inclusive of GST) from Avaada Ventures Private Limited, dated 13th October 2025 and executed on 24th October 2025. The contract involves the design, fabrication, supply, and erection of a pre-engineered steel building for a glass factory at Butibori, Nagpur, Maharashtra. This order further strengthens the company’s order book position as of 30th September 2025, reflecting sustained demand for pre-engineered structures across industrial segments.
