EverestIMS Technologies Ltd. has opened its SME IPO on September 29. The issue has been priced in the range of Rs.80–85 per share and will remain open until October 5. The company plans to raise around Rs.48.46 crore through a combination of fresh shares and an offer for sale.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue worth about Rs.39.05 crore and an offer for sale of approximately Rs.9.41 crore. The proposed listing is on the BSE SME platform, with the tentative listing date scheduled for October 8.
