Fusion CX Ltd. has fixed a price band of Rs.275–289 per share for its proposed initial public offering. The issue is expected to raise approximately Rs.702 crore, with the company’s post-issue market capitalisation estimated at more than Rs.4,170 crore at the upper end of the price band.
Fusion CX operates in customer-experience and business-process services, supporting clients through customer service and related technology-enabled operations. Its performance is linked to client demand, service delivery, employee costs and its ability to maintain business from existing customers while securing new contracts.
Investors should verify the final subscription dates, issue structure and application details through the company’s official offer documents and exchange disclosures. The price band alone does not determine whether an IPO is attractively valued.
