G.V. Electricals is opening its SME IPO today, July 31, with the issue scheduled to remain open until August 4. The company has fixed a price band of Rs. 123–130 per share and aims to raise approximately Rs. 42.25 crore. The issue includes a fresh component of around Rs. 39 crore along with an Offer for Sale portion.
The company operates in power-distribution infrastructure and related services, a segment that could benefit from India’s continued investment in electricity networks and infrastructure. Its revenue increased to Rs. 156.66 crore in FY26 from Rs. 131.36 crore, while profit rose to Rs. 10.47 crore from Rs. 4.66 crore. The shares are expected to list on the BSE SME platform on August 7.
