Gaja Alternative Asset Management, operating as Gaja Capital, will open its IPO on August 19. The issue size is approximately Rs. 550 cr., with a price band of Rs. 152–160 per share. The offering comprises a fresh issue of up to Rs. 450 cr. and an OFS component of Rs. 100 cr.
