India’s IPO Pipeline Remains Strong for the Second Half of 2026

India is expected to witness one of its busiest IPO calendars during the second half of 2026, with companies from financial services, infrastructure, renewable energy, healthcare and technology preparing to tap the capital markets. Merchant bankers remain optimistic that favourable economic growth, improving corporate earnings and strong domestic liquidity will continue supporting new listings.

Several large offerings are expected to reach the market over the coming months, giving investors a wider range of investment opportunities across sectors. Analysts believe the primary market will remain active as businesses continue raising funds for expansion, debt reduction and capacity enhancement while taking advantage of healthy investor appetite for equity investments.
