Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Ltd. has completed its acquisition of the wellness portfolio of Group Pharmaceuticals Ltd. on October 1 after the agreed conditions were fulfilled. The transaction follows the business transfer agreement signed between the two companies in September.
The acquisition has an upfront consideration of Rs.23.7 crore, with the overall transaction value potentially reaching Rs.46.7 crore based on the agreed terms. The portfolio acquisition adds products from the wellness segment to Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals’ existing business.
