Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd.’s subsidiary Fleur Hotels has acquired a land parcel in Mumbai and incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in the Maldives. The move adds to the group’s ongoing expansion of its hospitality platform.
The Maldives subsidiary provides the company with a corporate structure for pursuing opportunities in the international hospitality market. At the same time, the acquisition of land in Mumbai adds to its domestic asset base and development pipeline.
