Paytm – 2% Stake Sale
Seller: Saif Partners Fund (Elevation Capital)
Floor Price: Rs. 1281 per share
Deal Size: Approx Rs. 1640 crore
Discount: 4 percent
The fund will offload a 2 percent stake via block deals.
Mphasis – 9.5% Stake Sale
Seller: BCP Topco (Blackstone entity)
Floor Price: Rs. 2570 per share
Deal Size: Approx Rs. 4625 crore
Discount: 4.4 percent
Citi is broker to the deal. Mphasis clarified it is not involved in the promoter-level sale.
Emcure Pharma – 2% Stake Sale
Seller: BC Investments
Floor Price: Rs. 1296.5 per share
Deal Size: Approx Rs. 493 crore
BlackBuck – Up to 2% Stake Sale
Three shareholders set to sell stake worth approx Rs. 240 crore
Base Price: Rs. 670 per share
Additionally, 25.68 lakh shares worth Rs. 174 crore traded at Rs. 676 in the block window.
ITC Block Deal
4.75 crore shares (0.4 percent equity) worth Rs. 1936 crore changed hands at Rs. 407 per share.
