  • Sai Silks Kalamandir has reserves of Rs.1158 cr. v/s equity of Rs.29.47 cr. Promoters hold 60.97% while mutual funds and FPIs also hold stake. IPO came at Rs.222 and stock is currently at Rs.117 v/s high of Rs.312. FY26 results and dividend meeting scheduled on 12th May 2026.

 

  • Debt-free dividend-paying Resonance Specialities, an IPCA Group company, posted 124% higher Q3FY26 PAT at Rs.2.51 cr. Promoters hold 54.25%. FY26 results and dividend will be announced on 14th May 2026. Stock looks undervalued at Rs.108 v/s lifetime high of Rs.254.

 

  • Debt-free NSE SME Vilas Transcore delivered 57% profit CAGR over the last 5 years. Promoters hold 73.14%. With strong transformer industry demand, the stock looks attractive at Rs.460 v/s 52-week high of Rs.674.

 

  • Dividend-paying Sai Silks Kalamandir expanded store count to 81 in FY26. 9MFY26 PAT rose 51% to Rs.108.28 cr. Debt reduced and business remains India-focused with no war-related impact. Stock looks attractive at Rs.117 v/s high of Rs.312.

 

  • Shanti Gold International posted 204% higher 9MFY26 PAT at Rs.108.64 cr. and gave optimistic guidance. Capacity expansion to 4000 kg by July 2026 and strong Q4FY26 performance may keep the stock in focus.

 

  • Vipul Organics commissioned a new high-margin Palghar plant and is expanding into membrane technology. Preferential issue at Rs.211/share reflects confidence in future growth.
  • Jagatjit Industries, backed by brands like Aristocrat and Royal Pride, is expanding in IMFL and ethanol segments. Attractive valuations and HNI accumulation keep the stock in focus.
