Digital lending platform Moneyview has opened its IPO for subscription on September 24. The issue will remain open until September 28 and has a price band of Rs.32–34 per share. The company is seeking to raise approximately Rs.1,091.7 crore, comprising a fresh issue of Rs.750 crore and an offer for sale by existing shareholders.
Moneyview has already raised Rs.327.5 crore from anchor investors ahead of the public issue. The company has indicated that a portion of the fresh issue proceeds will be used to support growth in loan disbursals, including investments related to its lending operations.
