The National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE) IPO enters its final day of subscription on Monday, September 21. The Rs.22,568.94 crore issue has crossed full subscription, with total demand standing at around 1.15 times the shares offered in the latest available data.
The IPO is an Offer for Sale by existing shareholders, with the price band fixed at Rs.1,700–1,785 per share. The issue is one of India’s largest public offerings and has attracted participation from institutional as well as retail investors.
