OfBusiness, an Indian business-to-business commerce and financing platform serving small and medium-sized enterprises, is reportedly planning to raise between $600 million and $800 million through an initial public offering. The company is targeting a potential market debut in March or April 2027, with a draft red herring prospectus expected to be filed in November 2026.
The proposed issue is expected to comprise approximately 30% fresh shares and 70% an offer for sale by existing shareholders. Reports indicate that the company is considering a valuation in the range of $4.4 billion to $5 billion.
OfBusiness provides procurement, commerce and financing services to businesses across sectors. The proposed IPO would provide an opportunity for investors to participate in the company’s business model, although the final offer size, valuation and subscription dates remain subject to regulatory filings and market conditions.
