Healthcare company Pramodini Medicare is opening its SME IPO today, with the issue scheduled to remain open until August 14. The company has fixed the price band at Rs. 110–118 per share, with the issue size at approximately Rs. 69.04 cr. The shares are proposed to be listed on the NSE SME platform.
The company reported FY26 revenue of around Rs. 63.38 cr., up from Rs. 38.55 cr. in FY25, while profit increased to Rs. 17.38 cr. from Rs. 11.14 cr. The IPO will therefore be watched for its valuation and growth potential, although SME stocks can carry higher liquidity and price-volatility risks after listing.
