Sunshine Pictures is scheduled to open its IPO tomorrow, August 18. The company has set the price band at Rs. 342–360 per share, with an issue size of around Rs. 282.14 cr. The issue will close on August 20.
The offering provides investors exposure to India’s film-production and entertainment ecosystem. Given the sector’s dependence on content performance and release schedules, investors will need to evaluate the company’s project pipeline and earnings consistency alongside the IPO valuation.
