Symbiotec Pharmalab has opened its IPO today with a sizeable Rs. 1,757-cr. issue. The IPO price band is Rs. 938–988 per share, and the issue will remain open until August 27.
The offering consists largely of an offer for sale, while a smaller fresh issue will provide capital to the company. Institutional interest has already been visible in the anchor round, with domestic mutual funds accounting for a substantial portion of the allocation.
